All of them depending on the scope/lens you are using anything lower than 400mm FL needs the smallest pixels you have might be worth looking at this http://astronomy.tools/calculators/experimental2/

Call me unconventional but I never bother with pixel scales and the like, too many cloudy nights produce too much theory for my liking.

For overall sensitivity the 5D3 wins hands down...but obviously it depends on your scope/lenses and the size of the imaging circle and field flatness.

Unmodified they are not going to be great for capturing any Ha but for galaxies and such it doesn't matter as much.

I mostly use a modified Canon 6D these days, I have also got a modified 650D but still prefer the 6D unless I need to crop in closer...but along with that comes additional noise.
