AstroTortilla Not Working

I'd be grateful for the assistance of an AstroTortilla guru.  For some reason the application has stopped working on my Win10 64 bit PC.  An example of the errors I get in the log file are as follows:

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the application including cygwin several times using both the 32 bit & 64 bit versions.  I've also tried installing it the normal Program Files area and also at the root location (c:\) all to no avail.

The files mentioned above (/tmp/tmp.xyls.jzGqf4 & /tmp/tmp.removelines.Lgxqsa) are being created in the cygwin tmp folder.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if it helps, but I had absolute mares last night with AT on my W10 lappy.

All seemed to be working well, but took an age to actually resolve any plates and also when I moved target and re-started it, it would not connect to the mount.....even though it had been working fine.

Have now got rid of W10 as was having more problems with it and as imagint time is rather precious did not want the hassle of it.  Am sure W10 will be great after we have all beta tested the bugs out of it for Microsoft...bu that is topic for another thread

Might be a permission error - make sure you run it as administrator.

Congratulations Chris you win the AT Guru of the Day award. :headbang:

I set the compatibility settings for the .exe file to run the program as administrator and after doing that, the plate solving process kicked in.

I've just tested it with the EQMOD & ASCOM Camera simulators so far and will need to confirm with the real stuff on the next clear night, whenever that may be.

I'll have to do some more investigation as to what has caused this need to adjust the compatibility settings but at least I can move on hopefully.

Many thanks to everyone for their suggestions.
