18 down has me stumped for the time being, too.  The answer that seems obvious to me doesn't appear to fit.  Or I can't spell   4 across is perhaps not a word you see used commonly and 7 down is probably fairly rare (and it took me a moment to realise it uses the US spelling).  2 down is probably most often seen when referring to the Moon.

Yeah, we could have the first error identified... I sent this to three people to proof read too!!!!!! Ooops.

Awwww, it was fun regardless   I did try several "alternative" spellings.  Didn't occur to me to drop the "e" though...

Now I seem to have really balls'd it up. I seem to have corrected the spelling but the whole lot has changed. Will keep you all on your toes anyway

If that's Patrick Moore's home then yes, it does.  18 down didn't used to be that clue.  When James corrected the spelling of the original 18 down clue the software rearranged the crossword and renumbered the clues.

Ok, it's a bit lazy, but another anagram clue for 2 down: "Cry ant beer".
