jaygpoo
Hi out there . Had an interesting night a few weeks ago now and thought I would post my image . Was playing about testing some new bits of kit when I decided to align and have a go as the sky was so clear. Using my Celeston 9.25 I was surprised that I had aligned it that well that hercules cluster and andromeda could be seen so I thought why not try and get that image I had been trying for of the iris nebular and just too 25 90sec exposures using my cannon d500. I then process the result in Nebulosity 4 which I am still learning and this is the result. To show how I feel I have improved I am showing my 1st attempt taken 2yrs ago with the same camera but different scope and alot less experience. kalasinman
Big improvement. That looks remarkably like the Ring Nebula.
