Solar acne

Great to be out under the sun again for the first time in a bit. Quite a lot of spots in white light and lovely detail in the central AR in good seeing. The 120mm ED (with 1.25" Lunt wedge a BSC/ND3/polarising fiilters) really packs a punch in these moments of clarity. Mainly used 15mm TV plossl ( 60x) and sometimes the 11mm TVP (82x).

Been out for a tour around, bit of prom activity on the west limb and new AR2384 looks like it could develop into something interesting.

More blue sky than cloud for a change but seeing has deteriorated from earlier.

The sun is nicely active at the moment. Lots to see in white light and H-alpha
