Hello Nick,

I am also new to the forum.  I rekindled my interest in Astronomy after i retired.  I have a 6" Reflector that my Grandfather built and a 3" cheapy that I bought 50 years ago.  I recently purchased a nice 80mm ED Refractor from Explore Scientific.  Took some nice moon pictures with it and now I am looking at getting a large aperture scope and get into deep sky imaging.  I have been doing a lot of reading and the learning curve is pretty steep.  But, I like a good challenge.

This forum seems very friendly and a good way to meet more experienced people.
