Which filter would be best for my SW 120ed

Recommended Posts

I have an ED120 but I don't find I need a filter for viewing the moon. If I was forced to pick one of the above I guess it would be the Neodynium. The ED120 shows little or no chromatic abberation on the Moon (to my eyes) so the Semi-APO, which seems to combine the Neodymimum properties with a finge killer, is not going to produce any benefits as I see it.

Some folks find a variable polariser useful for this purpose. As I say though I don't find I need a filter with the ED120 or my 12" dobsonian for that matter.
