1parsec
I've got a 90mm D-ERF incoming and am making a cell for it.The scope it is going on is a 80mm f7.5 apoDoes any one have any info on the correct angle of tilt should be built in to the cell to eliminate the possibility of reflections from the ERF.Thanks, Dave. Peter Drew
Hello Dave. The general opinion is that an edge tilt of around 3mm is adequate. Having said this I've noticed very little reflection from Baader D-ERF's regardless of tilt.

Merlin66
Yeah, around 3mm is OK.
1parsec
Thanks Merlin. The dewshield is fortunately machined with an internal thread about M100x1.5I'm going to use that to screw the ERF cell in to rather that go for the usual cell that fits over the shield with 3 external locking bolts. It should look quite neat when finished.Dave.
