Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000 - Which CCD

Is there a way to tell if Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000 has the Sony CCD without opening it up? Does it have a certain model number or something like that?

From a search it appears to have the Sony ICX098AK as the imaging sensor in it.

The Xbox is a fairly recent camera so it might not be on the list.

The Xbox is a fairly recent camera so it might not be on the list.

And it uses an omnivision CMOS sensor as far as I recall.  It's not particularly sensitive and better at bright targets such as the Moon than planets, where it struggles a little but is capable of producing a recognisable image.
