heads up for someone on lookout for set of wratten filters

Hello all,

just to let anyone interested know that there is a set of 12 wratten filters plus a moon filter up for auction on skys the limit,

as of a few moments ago it was still in single digits!

hope ive not offended anyone by putting this on, apologies if i have.

Might be worth a look if your new to this and considering filters.

Wratten set a standard, and a system for numbering their filters. Ive no doubt these filters will be fine. Just read the details. Branded filters wont be cheap.

These are branded Kson filters, 'wratton' is just the Kodak identification system, named after the British inventor, Fred Wratton who sold out to Eastman Kodak in 1912.

Are these kson branded filters equal to meade and revelation astro??

I have only tried Kson ep's (orthos) and did not find them very good quality, so what the filters would be like I am not sure.  They may even be GSO, like the Revelation, in which case they will be reasonable to good quality.
