New N Yorks obsy first (imaging) light M51.

Well I finally got my act together and put together my imaging set up in my new observatory last night.  Quite exciting really. Once I had finished unravelling the various cables I managed to get a couple of hours in on a target that previously eluded me due to a cable failure.  By the way, this is the first time the mount has run with Rowan mod so I think i need to check worm adjustments fully.  This is my go at M51 as follows:

AA 102 EDT 1 x FF

Canon 60D modded

18 x 420sec lights, usual darks, flats and bias.

Guided with PHD2 using my AA 328mm finder/guider

Comments for improvements gratefully received.

I did my usual processing, my skills in which i must work on this year as a new challenge.  I must say what a joy it was to roll the roof over it all, get a cocoa and fall into bed and then come back this morning to do the flats and bias.  I can see the attraction of this obsy lark.
