Finally getting the hang of my Camera...

It's the first warm AND sunny day in months here in Chicago. I had enough time to actually experiment with my camera and optics. I think these are the best shots I have so far. I still don't know how some of you get the textbook quality shots you do, but I'm determined to catch up.

Oh, yes. I forgot that the notes on the photos show up in the gallery, but not in the post.

I used the 40mm Coronado PST. I put in a celestron 24-8mm zoom eyepiece. My camera is a Sony a6000 with a t-ring that attaches to the zoom eyepiece. 2x Barlow at the end of it all. Post processing in Capture 1, (the raw image processing software that comes with the Sony alpha) and Photoshop.

No stacks in this one, manual or otherwise. All post work was just fiddling with raw image manipulations.
