After using a DSLR for three years I decided it was time to jump on the CCD bandwagon.

Here's my effort with the Atik One and SW ED80 (18x480sec in HA) dodging clouds and the moon

Congratulations, that's a great start with the CCD. Certainly a very good move, you won't look back now!

Cheers Mick & Gav, I'm sure like you I have zero regrets.... ok maybe wished I did it sooner 

But yeah I was struggling on with my modded camera and battling with processing and light pollution. The Atik has been as revelation, the images are so clean and so much easier to process. The HA filter is a joy to use!
