Lovejoy Seconded Attempt 6 Feb 15

Hi been an away for a few days only now been able to process images of Lovejoy taken on the 6th Feb conditions were fair. Piggybacked canon 600d + 300mm Om lens  onto EdgeHD 8 on AVX mount,       6 x 130 Sec @ ISO 1600 and 4 darks Stacked in DDS and processed in Photoshop was hoping to get more images but with the Full Moon rising  and the moisture in the air conditions detreated fast.

Thanks for you comments, very pleased with the detail in the tail considering it was a old EOs lens a picked up off eBay for about £30 jest been a pity about the weather would have like to have taken some more subs

Very nice image indeed. Good result

Suggest you add flat calibration to kill the vignetting - more important than darks IMHO
