Chance of seeing Astroid 2004 BL86

Who's pulling an all nighter for 2004 BL86 tonight.Its not looking great for me in swindon..CLOUD

Its clearish here at the moment and the scope is out on the patch of sky that the Asteroid will pass through later. Clouds may well intervene though - they have a habit of doing that !

Cloud and snow for us. We can focus the binocs on the snow falling by the streetlamp and pretend we're in a meteor storm.

Won't be an all nighter but should the clouds break between now and midnight  will be out for a look. Not looking promising at the minute though.

I'm a few hours early I've realised so I reckon clouds might spoil things later although "Clear Outside" is showing a clear window here from midnight for a couple of hours at least.

Just stuck my head out the door,clouds are breaking a little and a few stars coming through but dout it any better.Fingers crossed

Same here! :-) but we even have some fog, too!

Not looking brill for Mid Wales. Just managed to see the first quarter Moon which promptly got covered by clouds. Like John in N Somerset, Clear Outside shows a good window until Midnight but with low cloud at times. Ho hum and fingers crossed.
