Hi everyone NEWBIE alert!!!! This is the second time I have signed into this forum. I signed up, logged in and got great advice on transporting my telescope and now I am baaaack. Is this the main forum to post generic stuff?

This one, well the 4 under Beginners do tend to get the majority, even when the question is non-beginner status.

I think more people go through them and so greater number of parties to give a reply.

Occasionally it may be better to put a question in a more specific area - eg if you want to know about a specific camera.

If you are in the US (pa ?) make it apparent, most replies will probably relate to UK equipment, so unless it is apparent then half the responses could be inapplicable.
