Just look at that ISO setting !  (3200)

At the normal ISO 800 most of us use that would equate to 10  minutes.

It's not the iso its that magic number f2.9, this is silly territory.

Well done mate that is very good for a single sub, good processing too.

I was surprised to see you shooting at ISO 3200 on that camera though.

Your camera is similar to mine, it has S and R pixels, mine shuts off the R pixels above ISO 1000 which effectively quarters the dynamic range and halves the amount of data your collecting.

Is the IS pro the same?

You can tell by setting the dynamic range to 400% then taking a sub at ISO 800 and another at ISO 3200, if the latter RAW file is half the size of the first then you're only using half the pixels on the CCD.
