The Obsy rebuild is underway...

The rebuild at the new house has started....

The garden slopes away so the grass at the r/h corner is 7 inches higher than the l/h corner so much excavating was required to level the site.

Foundations are a 4 inches deep concrete mix around the perimeter then due to my poor skills a mortar layer around the base of the walls to level the shed.

No pier this time but the mount will sit on high density cinder blocks, initially I will use my HEQ5 on its tripod then when its up and running the meade DS16 mount on its pedestal. The floor will be built afterwards and sit above the pedestal feet.

Luckily those houses behind are due north of the Obsy.

I still have a large black tarpaulin that I used at the old location just in case.

Yes we have 2 for the same reason, only needed to mow the lawn a handfull of times this summer
