Comet C/2014 E2 (Jacques) from Badger Hill (ELAC) - 23rd August 2014

My final image from the ELAC meeting on the 23rd August 2014...I don't particularly like processing comets (only done two)...managed to capture a tiny bit of tail at least.

This was travelling through Cepheus at the time.

very good job, especially on the difficult tail   And even more when taking into account that total exposure-time was only 40mins, right?

Jacques seems to be in an interesting scenery as well. Did you checked which DN the comet was crossing? If I am not mistaken it is LDN 1330 and next to it (to the right) the open cluster NGC 609. But I am not excactly sure.
