Comet Jacques from a cloudy Cheshire.

Managed to get 30 mins of 3 min subs on C/2014 e2 tonight. My first image for quite some time and also my first Comet. Bit of a pain to process as it's moving pretty quickly. I'll try an animation if I get chance. Used the ED80 on NEQ6 and an original QHY8

excellent image, some very nice star colour as well, did you do the "stack on comet and stars" option in DSS?

No, that option didn't come out very well. I stacked one image on the stars and another on the comet. Put both images in photoshop as layers and layer masked the comet in.

Looks great. The colours do look good and very natural too.
