Sun from the 10th July

Pretty quiet down here on the astro front  but I did manage these from a couple of weeks ago. Usual set up of PST and black and white modded SPC900NC.

Rather a shame that despite all the blue skies there has been a dearth of sunspots recently.

I have noticed over the last couple of years that the weather in the UK definitely follows activity on the Sun, when there is fantastic activity = cloudy weather, when there is absolutely nothing to see = sunny weather
