The Sun 30 June 2014 White light

A very late in the day Sun with awful seeing - 57 stacked out of 150 taken:

It didn't get any better at 7pm tonight when I gave it a try.  Nice try and hopefully better to come if you get some more clear skies.

What a difference the seeing makes, even stacking frames. At least you got an image anyway, those new AR's look pretty impressive!

Decent despite seeing effects. I wonder whether AR 2104 and 2107 are the same as AR2080 and 2085, as captured in white light by Roger here:

Timing-wise it would fit, and the structures in H-alpha and white light are similar

I think t's a reasonable assumption that they are one and the same.  The dates/times and latitudes match.
