According to this;http://www.blackwaterskies.co.uk/p/imagingtoolbox.html ,  I reckon that, with your QSI 690 and your Esprit 100 - you should get a field of view of 1.3 x 1.04 degrees at an images scale of 1.38 secs/px - see the image below

Therefore you need the top box to be the index for 20% of your narrowest field of view (i.e. 20% of 1.04 degrees = approx 13 arc mins) and the bottom box needs to be the index for the 1.3 degrees.

Hope this helps - AT is really excellent - there's a very detailed thread on SGL here which I found very useful... http://stargazerslounge.com/topic/193470-my-tutorial-for-installing-setting-up-and-using-astrotortilla/page-6?hl=plate+solve#entry2133055

Hope this helps

Steve

As I recall the files took me something like 20 hours to download - I just left the computer downloading in the background.  Of course, we do have arguably the slowest so called "broadband" in the country! :(  And I'm sure it's getting worse.  Often as low as 100K bits per sec or just twice as fast as dial-up
