Can anyone recommend some good targets for this time of year in a 4" frac.

Seen Saturn, Mars and Jupiter hoping to see some clusters and doubles - any reccomendations?

There are lots of clusters along the Milky Way in view. Have you tried looking on Stellarium? They are marked with the same symbol and clicking on each one gives apparent size and magnitude.

Sagittarius! I'm not sure how well the nebulae down there would look in a 4" scope - but I love the Small Sagittarius Star Cloud, and there are plenty of open clusters and globs nearby. You just need a really low southern horizon.

Try M13 the great cluster in Hercules. M92 is also nearby once you find this.
