nicely caught, as much as i dislike clouds, i have always prefered to see the moon with clouds passing in front of it! it gives me a very odd feeling when watching it, not sure why.

Yeah, I enjoy seeing anything pass in front of the moon for perspective. After plenty of longer focal length, low exposure imaging for craters and regions, I am really enjoying the simpler wider fov shots. I just really want to capture what we see naturally. The hdr aspect is challenging enough to keep with it. Love the moon as a whole with all aspects of it visible.
