Jupiter, GRS and Io just before Occultation ASI120MM

Can't manage to get Mars yet but chuffed with tonight's capture with my ASI120MM, Baader RGB filters, 2.5x Powermate and SW200P.

I love learning imaging. I love improving my images week after week. And I am extremely grateful for those of you who have given me so much advice on here (you know who you are - big shout out to JamesF!)

Nice image .  I must have been imagining Jupiter at the same time as you tonight as I had the same great view of the red spot and moon .  I have got what looks like some great RGBL images, but for the life of me can not work out how to combine them.  I have read the PIPP instructions and watched the pixinsight videos, but they just go over my head .  What program(s) did you use to combine the RGB images?

very nice Jupiter images, some pretty good detail showing!! i have been so obsessed with Mars, i have almost not noticed the king of all planets is still with us for most of the night

I used my faves which are Virtual Dub, Castrator, AS!2 for stacking, Registax 6 for wavelets and then Photoshop to combine them :-)
