Thought I'd share this image of Sunspot AR1944 as it emerged over the Suns limb on January 2nd

Equipment used : Coronado Solarmax 40 scope, DMK31 mono Camera, Astrotrac 320AGXX mount.

Best 325 frames of 2000 : Stacked using Autostakkert2 and processed in Photoshop.
