HELP my eyepiece has fallen apart!

Good luck! it is not as easy as it sounds. I'm afraid  mine was a write off. Personally I think it is a poor design that has loose lenses inside and yet allows the barrel to be easily unscrewed  - but I put it down to experience. 

Hi, Did you get this sorted in the end? If not, and you still have the parts and still want it fixed, I would be willing to try. I don't have that much experience with eyepieces but I'm an ex-TVR (if you can fix these, you can fix anything!), Lotus and Aston Martin mechanic, and currently work in a metrology lab.

I have lost the short second spacer. Is there a way I can buy one?

I imagine the only way that might be a possibility would be to contact TV directly, or have one custom made if you know the dimensions. Eyepieces aren't really designed with the intent that users will dismantle them, much less somehow lose an internal part.
