Registax raw or jpeg

When I try and use raw images on registax the appear a reddish burgundy colour however when i use jpegs they appear normal. Would anyone be able to enlighten me please :s

What camera are you using and which version of Registax? - we should be able to help you given this information.

Along with the object you're imaging ... 

I assume you're using Reg 5.1 as V6 doesnt take RAWs.

Best to convert the RAWs to TIFFs first in DPP as although Reg takes RAWs he takes forever to play with them.

Yup, Steve uses DPP, I use PIPP, but either way it's a world less pain if you convert the RAW files to TIFF first.
