i bought a cheap adjustable stool and it does job well...allows you to scroll and rotate around the scope. I just leave it in the garden and it's now rusty and uglier than my lovely neighbour, but works..

Just a bit of a update.I want to get a motor for this but not quite sure which type to get. Are motors pretty easy to add on the

SkyWatcher Explorer-130M EQ2 Motorised Telescope ?

I have a simple set up and a polarizing filter works good for me.

I've had 130P for over a halv year, I really don't feel the needs of motor on this mount. A simple tweek of DEC knob, you can track the object simple and well. The cost of the motor is just too high.
