Can you attach a handle to steer a dob?

This is actually ideal. How sticky is it to the tube body?

I hope it's not too strong of a magnetic, otherwise it'll act like a black hole and suck the light photons away before they hit the objective mirror :D :D

It's pretty sticky to my tube although occasionally if the scope is in a tricky position it can move a touch.

I haven't noticed any light bending to one side yet  :laugh:

£1,99 for a "rolson" Velcro handle , best dob mod going , one of the S Wales lot got two on his 12" great for carrying tube to setup then the top one used for viewing   Lenny

This kind of handle/strap was also on my mind. 

I'm just wondering if i can buy similar to strap to my 8" SCT so that carrying/mounting it will be easier. Do you have a link to where such a handle can be bought?
