New telescope edge hd

Finally my new telescope has arrived  celestron edge hd 8 on the vx mount cant wait to try this bad boy out, im off to north wales tomorrow chances are there wont be clear skys but fingers crossed also picked up a luminos 15mm eyepiece to start my collection.

Nice scope.

Went to North Wales last week for a few days, took my celestron 76az with me.

Did not get one clear night, but did manage to see the moon for about 15 minutes before the clouds rolled in.

i do like those edge scopes, i have the 8" sct and love it so i`m sure you`ll get great results with it.

Hey guys just got back from wales unfortunately it was cloudy all week not 1 star lol ah well i suposse essex will have to do, hopefully ill get a chance next week and ill have a full report
