Dual Axis Motor Drive

Can anyone tell me how to power my Dual Axis Motor Drive from the Mains (without blowing myself up)

I use a "wall-wart" transformer with a 6V output capable of supplying about 700mA. It's a centre-positive power connector and I think it's a 2.5mm pin, but off the top of my head I'm not sure about that.

If you found a power supply with a regulated 6V output rated for 1000mA with the right connector (size and polarity) you should be good to go.

Probably, though I'd prefer one that says the output is regulated.

It's best to buy a quality product, the last thing you want is to blow your expensive astro kit, but more likely to blow will be the PSU if it's underrated, or you'll end up with poor tracking because the power is not consistent.

I bought a 6 v 2 A power supply works a treat for me, just run an extension lead out to mine, no issues so far!
