Sun/Earth Connection

While scaling the Earth to one of my recent images, I though it would be fun to mess about with the processing.

I love them both but the second is special - I'll show my two little girls, they are always going on about why the sun looks so small while earth seems big.

Uh, sometimes I just like the inverted when I'm blending a lower exposed surface image with the higher exposed prom layer. Seems to mesh better. Unrealistic, but its a false image anyway as soon as I start to add color.

Very good! The straight image of the sun is a cracker! It has great apparent depth to it as well - very good.
