Messier Marathon for Ipad

Not sure wether this has been mentioned before BUT I have recently downloaded a Messier Marathon App for Ipad and for a couple of English Pounds its Briliant.

A Photo of the object, a good location map, plenty of info plus a button for "seen". Well recormended.

thanks for that bob, i just downloaded it to my ipad £1.50 ! bargain,im new to astronomy and have really struggled with the DSOs, the app should get me up and running cheers, kev

Thanks as well. Have a look at Deep Sky Browser, it also gives you altitude graphs throughout the day and night for Messiers and other catalogues, also photos.
