Canon 7D with 500mm f/4 L IS + stacked 2xTC and 1.4xTC with Baader solar filter. Captured using Backyard EOS and stacked in Registax.

Not great, but neither were the conditions (it was until 5 minutes before starting to image!!!)

Nice close up of the AR. It is often the way, super until you get set up. Keep at it you get lucky eventually.

Nice shot. Better than I could manage on Saturday (clouds)
