Hello everyone . I'm in outer London in the UK . So far I have 2 telescopes and 2 pairs of binoculars , all of different powers i have joined my local astronomical society and am making some useful friends there . I'm a beginner at the moment but I'm going to go all the way i do most of my observing from my garden , though there is alot of light pollution . Im not too far from darker skies in Surrey , but this winter the cloud cover has been ridiculous , so have only really been using my bins , as they nice and fast to set up and pack up again when the weather turns . Im more into dso's , though so far I've only seen about 4 of them. Using stellerium on my phone and star hopping . It actually shows very accurate star patterns that u can actually see through the eyepiece
