Is my set-up too heavy for imaging with a HEQ5?

My HEQ5 is yet to arrive, but after spending my savings I'm having the pre-ariveal gitters.

So here's the load -

SW 150PL (6kg)

SW Synguider (?)

Mini 50mm guide scope (?)

550D (1kg)

If anyone can put my mind at rest, it would be very much appreciated!

Cheers.

I have guided a skywatcher 200p with St80 on Heq5 with no problems.I would say that's the maximum limit.I did buy the counterweight extension bar to balance the scope as I didn't want to add an extra counterweight.I mainly use an ED80 so cant say anything for long term affects of this weight.

I think that it will be fine...

i have an HEQ5 I used it with a Vixen SX140 with cooled ccd, off axis guider, filterwheel and filters.

I wrote a review of the scope, but it includes images taken on the heq5, including an image of 30minute subs... The review is >>HERE<<

The vixen is 7kg and I recon the rest of the imaging stuff is maybe 2.5 - 3 kg, so I think safe up to at least 10kg...

Cheers
