f1 telescopes

Does anyone know if this company are any good to deal with. They have the scope I am after for £40 less than FLO. Would rather use FLO but at the moment money talks. Thanks

Haven't asked them yet. Don't know if they will drop that much. Got to be worth asking though.

More searching reveals very mixed opinions. My view is £40 is cheap for peace of mind.

Ask FLO to see if they can match the price or near to it, it would be unfair of me to say what service you would get from another company that I have not dealt with but feel free to read the FLO section in the lounge and see what others have to say about them, my own view is that the service from FLO is top knotch

FLO do not price match , I would pay an extra 50 quid an still go to FLO , you can not beat the service or after service, £40.00 .......... not worth the gamble

Suppliers reviews can be found in the supplier review section and only in the supplier review section. I don't think we are allow to review suppliers outside that section.

What scope are you looking for?

Apart from FLO there are a number of good suppliers out there such as Modern Astronomy, Astronomia, Harrison, Greenwitch, Telescope House etc... You may be able to find your telescope at your target price there.

No review here but for the sake of balance... I've used f1 twice, both times very helpful and knowledgeable.

FLO are also the same...

I got my solar film from F1 scopes. They seemed ok.
