My second luner image

I took this image yesterday with my 200p, and mine 600d camera

10 images stack together ang a little bit of process on registax

I would be grateful for any advice

Beautiful image, I was trying the same myself the other night, but need to get the shutter speed right. What settings did you use.?

My settings were:

shutter speed - 1/1000

iso - 100

I was trying some other settings, but this one I like the most .

What a lovely image - it is always difficult to make a full disk look interesting, but that is smashing.

Great shot. Can't help much with advice as I'm no more experienced than you, but you could try grabbing more frames, which might allow you to pull out even more detail. It then becomes a balancing act in registax to add as much detail as possible without making it look unrealistic. You can check out my second shot in a post below which was made with 80+ frames.

Nice shot! I love the detail along the southern limb. Also you haven't gone too far with with the post processing and got that tell-tale white boarder around the disk. Well done all round.
