the first thing I noticed is that it's out of focus - do you use a focussing aid such as a bahtinov mask?

Also I don't see any colour - you might want to boost the saturation after careful application of levels and curves.

I set brightest star to 53456 in Maxim so should not be over exposed, it may be my processing, yes I used a Bahtinov Mask on same Bright star.

Perhaps - try reprocessing and keeping the white point nailed so that the stars don't bloat - there are other myriad alternatives too - I've continually reprocessed my images to find improvement - good fun and practice
