Fabulous Solar Sunday (14th Oct)

It is always wonderful to have a clear blue sky for a change and it lasted for a couple of hours, yippee :)

I started with the white light (140mm refractor / Baader Herschel wedge + Continuum filter / DMK41) but I was lazy and only used the 3x Barlow, seeing was dreadful and I binned all but 3 images. I must change and lower the magnification when things are bad but I never learn. This is all I could salvage:

Next I set up the Solarscope SF-100, it is a filter set which attaches to the 140mm refractor with a metal plate http://www.solarscop...k/sf-range.html
