Cano 1000d

I have a canon 1000d which I used to use for remote AP using the PC for focus adjusment etc etc until I stood on the cable and broke the connecter on the Camera.

can anybody tell me what other Canons have the remote system on it for live PC use.

I know that the 1100D has remote shooting like the 1000D.

You could try and get the camera repaired, parts are not that expensive and you may have a local camera shop that can do the work for you.

The 1100D is an upgrade of the 1000D and is a fair bit better for AP. More sensitive, less noise, 4 times as many light levels, higher max ISO. A Canon refurbished used body can be bought through ebay for just over £200 inc carriage.
