M16 test

First try with the new filters this is 2 hrs 4 x 30 mins thats all I could get before trees got in the way

This is with the Astrodon 3nm Ha filter and FLI8300 Camera with the Rcos 10" scope on the Paramount Mx

Great contrast from that filter Les, looking very nice indeed. Nice to see that it still allows the weaker areas of emission to come through as well, giving a very nice overall balance with the impact areas standing out a treat.

Les, it would be nice to see a side-by-side versions with either the 3nM or the 5nM Astrodon filters - both are superb - whether the cut of another 2nM from the window makes a difference though may be questionable?
