canon mod ir/uv

I have a canon 1100 of which I would like to get the .ir/uv filter cut and a baader filter installed.

It's not something I want to do myself to be honest so does anyone have any recommendation of someone I could use to do this ?

And yes Bunnygod1 it is expensive but it's either getting the mod done or buying a dedicated camera .. I'm not sure the wife is ready for that yet
