FLO Posted July 20, 2012 Share Posted July 20, 2012 We are working on a new improved phone system that should result in more phone calls being answered and quicker call-back times. But it hasn't quite gone to plan... The phones are currently not working at all We should have them up and running properly later tonight.Fortunately the changes we made to the helpdesk are proving very successful with most email enquirys receiving a response within 30-60 mins.There will always be the occasional communication that slips through the net but, all things considered, our ability to respond to communications has never been so good (I just know I am going to regret saying that!).Steve Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
