Laser collimator

Having recently gotten hold of a laser collimator, my only question is this :- do you rake the focuser all the way out to use the collimator or does it not matter ? Thanks for your time folks:hello2:

I use a laser collimator and it look the same in or out . ( But as I got the last laser collimator question wrong I see what other people have to say.)

It shouldn't matter ... its probably best to have the focuser at the point that its used most, incase there is any movement in extremes of focus.

Make sure that the laser is firing straight before you do anything, they very rarely do!
