IC1396 HA First Light with Setup

my first light with my new setup (see sig)

i can see its going to be a steep learning curve with a mono ccd but im happy with the result

20x 5 min @ F/4.8 no bias flats or darks yet.

I started with 10 min subs but was getting lots of blooming on the stars so took it down to 5 mins as i had no idea if blooming can be processed out after will hopefully add OIII SII data as well over the next couple of weeks, the focuser on the WO Lomo isnt fantastic and gave me some issues and i think is the cause of some odd shaped stars im waiting for a Moonlite to arrive from FLO

That's what I've been thinking too - when funds recover. I could try it with the mono QHY5 - would lose too much light with the DSLR with only 1 in 4 pixels active I think.
