This is rather a good peice of software. If you have good bandwitdh and a reasonable graphics capability then give it a whirl. It's like Google Earth but for space.

One thing worth checking is the guided tours. Stunning images collected from many telescopes too. Not to mention 3D solar system / milky way (turn on as many layers as you like if your computer can handle it!).
