Wide field Double cluster

Recommended Posts

Have you guessed yet that I've found a load of prints that I didn't know I had :D

Here is one of the double cluster. No idea of film / exposure date (even year). The camera was an Olypmus OM10.

Perseus just to the left of the tree's, Double cluster fairly obvious and casseopeia[sp] at the top.

Ah yes, them were the days. No autoguiding then was there? I used to enjoy the slide shows at the local Astro Soc. Meets every month.

You would get a few Oo's and Ah's, but not many. A 24 exposure slide film used to last me for months.

Sometimes I would have a couple of astro exposures on it, so I would take shot after shot of anything so I could rush to get it developed, just so I could see how good the Astro pics were. Usually very disappointing. But, kept on trying. :D

Ron.
